Hi ,
Reading the comments the last weeks with much interest. Also purchased the Renex.manual a couple weeks ago and going through it daily. Most of it was known to me because of having the superslow manual also(some moons ago),but now I understand the issue’s much more. Implementing these in my workouts is the challenge. Today I also ordered the dvd set.I expect these to deepen my understanding even more or at least faster as compared to reading the manual over and over(how necessary this nevertheles might be). Can’t wait to soak up the information from the dvd’s and as a result improve my workouts even more. It takes time and courage to change a hold idea(‘s) and before doing so all the opinions should be looked at and thinked about. The material that holds these ideas should be purchased because from just the article and comment section one can’t realy know what is meant .At least that is my take on it. Maybe to expensive if this is about a hobby, but otherwise…..

Checking my mailbox twice a day; feeling something an eight year old waiting for Santa to come down the chimney.

Wishing to have one of everything like a kid in a candy store. Alas, frugality dictates a choice between this or TROE2. TROE2 winneth.

Physiology, anatomy, psychology, semantics, ethics, history, business… full-range exercise in the broadest sense.

Dr McGuff: “Your body will perform any amount of work in order to desperately avoid inroad.” Holy smoke!

Have seen most but not all of the DVD:s so far. So far, EXCELLENT! Loved Gus part and he really makes some important comments about how extreme this is compared to anything else. Of course, Josh part was highly interesting, gave me some good ideas how to proceed.

About the importance of words and how come there is a misunderstood word behind every failure (see Gus again), read what L. Ron Hubbard wrote about that 50 years ago. Simply brilliant also. Robert Mitchell was far from the first to identify what Ken spoke about.

Thank you for making this official for all of us who for some reason couldn’t be there.

I’d really like to see an elaborate demo of the “imulti’. Could this also be the future of HOME exercise?: An ultra-high-end product, purchase of which requires a dedicated course of instruction in its use (?)
