Thank you Joshua Trentine for all of your promotion of super slow training. 


Since starting a month ago, I have already lost an inch on my waist, while adding .5 inches to my shoulder girth. I decreased my workouts from 3x per week to 2x per week and feel well rested and restored, whereas before I felt fatigued almost all of the time.

As I learn more about human physiology, I keep learning how damaging CNS burnout is to the body. I feel very strongly that keeping from CNS burnout or injury is the key to any successful program. The fact that you are able to sustain training and keep from injury is reason enough.

Steven plans on giving us after pictures – we can’t wait to see them!

I’m in the same boat my friend. At first we were at each other’s throats until I actually gave it a shot. I’ll provide pictures if need be. Your system works and I have nothing to gain by saying so. I’m all about results. The results speak for themselves. For a 35 year old man with two children, and limited time to work out, your system kills it. I look forward to using it for the rest of my life. Thank you.

FYI To everyone…the comments are getting shut down here, it takes too much of my time and there are to many useless conversations.

I’ll never understand how people who are supposedly so disinterested invest so much time and visit daily….it’s seems they argue in an effort to convince themselves.

And I’m in agreement with a comment Ed White made here recently….way to much cowardly, hide behind the computer bravado.

I know, right?! Haters gonna’ hate. And I do think they have to convince themselves.
Funny, I don’t waste my time arguing with folks like The Hodge twins or the third Hodge twin, Elliot Hulse.

I’ve a friend who feels HIT is simply “unsafe.”
He’s a naturally stocky fellow, but can’t get into intensity and falls short of inroading. I find bigger guys tend to be the laziest lifters. Not always, but usually. I think it has to do with their naturally being strong and the propensity to “sling” weight around and feel productive. It’s always about the assumed vs. the real objective.
Girls, on the other hand, tend to be the hardest workers. These are just my thoughts, though.

I second Ben’s comment 🙂 This recent activity not only has been very enjoyable and educational, but also made me feel kinda like I was feeling from January 2011 to up to about mid to late August 2012. Had some very stuff going on in my personal life 🙂
