Does anybody really need to train with THAT intensity?I think you are too far out on the intensity side!

I’m bringing my son, as you know… I do hope there will be time for each of us to actually do a workout on the equipment. Also, hoping that there will be pricing and details on certification… As well as how to apply such certification on other equipment. Please and thanks.

Rick,
Each person will have the opportunity to experience the equipment. This is the main reason to be there in person and hold a live event along with the networking and other content and interaction we will cover. We will also have details on our certification process. See you in October!

Dacosta,

IMO, you are right, such intensity is beyond necessary. It is important to understand the context of what happened. I wanted to go through a full, fast-paced workout. Under normal circumstances I would select a mixture of big and small movements, but on this weekend I wanted to experience ALL of the RenEx machines. As a result, I ended up doing 6 big movements. I just didn’t want to “try” the machines or “see how the felt”…I wanted to experience their full impact all the way up to failure with deep inroad, and I wanted to experience their full metabolic effect. Also, you must understand that every time I come into town for a speaking engagement it becomes a “cream the doc” event.
Despite all of this, I actually recovered quite quickly and felt very good in the days that followed…better than I have felt in workouts of much less quality (less outroading?). So yes, we were “butterfly hunting with a bazooka”, but it got me the experience I sought and RenEx got some dramatic footage. My only disappointment is that Hi Def is NOT your friend once you turn 50.

@dacosta

Agreed, excessive and much body strain.
You won’t find a clear technique from the RenEx folk.

“You won’t find a clear technique from the RenX folk.”
Have you mastered the RenX protocol?Idon’t think so.Else you wouldn’t be writing such a thing.RenX is the clearest,the most precise protocol there is.The safest,the best…the ideal.
